We want you to love your Rebecca Minkoff purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and dust bags are included before sealing the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
